Trade shows are still a strong return on investment when it comes to marketing. Oklahoma Food and Beverage Expo (OFBE) allows your brand to be front and center and allows you to network with existing contacts and establish new relationships face-to-face, while also providing a chance for buyers to test and sample the products you have to offer.
Since OFBE is a selling show, retailers will seek to place orders and take advantage of show specials, while also looking for new and innovative products, programs, and technology.
Our show provides a chance to exhibit while networking with prominent industry figures. Some examples of attendees include:

– Convenience Store Owners
– Wholesalers
– Marina Owners
– Drive-Ins
– Casinos
Booth assignments will be made in the order of receipt of the signed contract and that selection is determined on the basis of first come, first served, but that insofar as possible first choice will be granted. Please mark your first three booth choices on the Exhibit Space Contract. If you would like more than one booth, please mark them accordingly. The Trade Show Coordinator reserves the right to choose a booth for you if all three choices are assigned or left blank.
Oklahoma Food and Beverage Expo reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, exhibitor or proposed exhibit which in its opinion is not suitable or not in keeping with the character of the exhibition. 25% deposit of the total cost of the booth is required with the submission of your contract. It is non-refundable after February 7, 2024. Balance of booth payment is due on or before April 1, 2024, and is non-refundable after that date. Booth assignment is not guaranteed until the total amount is received.

All Exhibitors must be out by Tuesday, June 4th, at 8:00 p.m.
Pre-registering for your badge will make your experience at our show more enjoyable! Our registration desk and badge pick-up will be open Tuesday, June 3, from noon to 3 p.m., and Tuesday, June 4, from 9 am to 2 pm.
Utilities (electrical, water, and telecommunications) can be purchased through the Oklahoma City Convention Center. Standard Wi-Fi is available at no additional cost.
People be aware of scammers who try to sell you a list of Expo attendees. OFBE does not share that list with anyone outside of our Expo staff, so they DO NOT have it even if they say they do. The ONLY authorized third-party service provider that may contact you for lead retrieval units is the staff at American Tradeshow Services.
Exhibitors indemnify and hold harmless the Oklahoma Grocers Association and the Convenience Distributors of Oklahoma for all liability (damage or accident) which might ensue from any cause resulting from or connected with the transportation, placing, removal or display of exhibits. Exhibitors are urged to insure themselves against such risk of loss or liability. Although guards will be on duty, the above mentioned associations do not guarantee exhibitors against loss by theft or otherwise.
